Who are you? Or New Life, New Title

I am a sinner saved by grace.  I am certain many of us have heard that statement at one time or another in church. The statement is true, but as a Christian is that all you truly are, just a sinner? Is that your true position within the kingdom of God? Does God view you as just a sinner saved by His amazing grace? I think not (Eph1: 5) tell us we are adopted into the kingdom of God, we become His children. Many Christians continue to identify with their past title, a lost sinner. A deeper understanding of your position within the kingdom of God will help you enjoy the benefits of God=s amazing grace. But Jesus said to him, ANo one having put his hand to the plow, and looking back is fit for the kingdom of God. @(Luke 9:62) We are new creatures, we put off the old man and put on the new man, which was created in true righteousness and holiness the old has pasted away. (Eph 4:24) Bury it, and leave it in the past. Drop the weight of the past that can hold you back and easily pull you of the path of righteousness. Act, believe, and know you are more than a sinner. You are much more than that. Once we identify with our new identity and grow with it, we will begin to live it, believe it, and walk with God in it.

When Clark Kent would dash into a phone booth, strip away his suits, and emerge as Superman; He was no longer the mere mortal man but a super man. When we have our lives redeemed by the blood of Jesus. The sinful man is gone the new man is born and then we have the power to leap, move faster, and conquer anything that previously held us back. (Acts 1:8 and ye shall receive power). Included with that the Holy Spirit seals us until the day of redemption. (Eph.1: 13-14)

We sometimes tend to forget or deny who we really are in Christ. Who are you? You are heirs with Christ; you are more than conquerors. The blood of Christ has redeemed you. You are more than a sinner saved by grace. Believe it, live it, walk in it with God, and KNOW who you are?

You are c child of God John 1:12 Roman 8:14,15, Gal 3:26, 4:6

You are Christ friend John 15:15

You are a citizen of Heaven Eph 2:19
